Sunday, August 19th, 2007Well folks, welcome back.
As you may notice, this week’s comic is fairly short. It took a lot of energy to get this single panel ready. The game studio that I work for has swung into full production.
That means that I can only produce a page every two weeks for the next six months. I apologize, and I wish I could turn out a page a day, but I have to pay the bills. I do have some good news though. I am going to begin collaborating with a good friend and excellent writer, who I’ll introduce when he joins the comic. He will bring an elevated level of writing to the story.
I will add concept art and roughs between the two week periods, so keep an eye out. You never know what you might miss! Thank you.

What game company do you work for? as long as that doesn’t break any NDA.
p.s… please don’t let popularity and praise go to your head and turn you into an arrogant webcomic artist as i have seen others turn into. I for one wont hesitate to criticize.

Hey Bazza I hope I don’t come across as arrogant. I have no reason to be stuck up. I have a long way to go before I could even claim any form of superiority and even then I am not that kind of person. I feel like an artist never hits perfection until the day they die. We are constantly learning and improving. To claim to be the best is foolish. I love and learn from criticism. Like the last posts, I actually took a lot from that great discussion. I work for Destineer Studios as a game designer. I enjoy the work I do but it has a tendency to get hectic during crunch time. I will be doing my part to keep everyone entertained between the two week stretches. I will post the comic book as I finish stages of the page and concept art. wow you’re good at drawing and game designing … you’re like in my ideal postion dude you rock oh and i like the comic but has you said it’s a bit short
p.s i agree with the big heady ness thing i’ve had that happen with a freind and it really piss’s me off lol

Damn and game designing…I would love to to be you lol. Also I’m glad to hear that your not foolish and or ignort. Equally glad to know you like and learn from criticism….not many like you left. Also as Bazza says I love the lighting effect.

Oh there will be a great deal of Gatan and Bianka laying waste in the upcoming pages. I just need the time to get the pages ready. I promise I will be doing my best to get the pages ready and up as soon as I can. I am very excited about the comic and am very happy all of you are too. Thank you!

Hey everyone! I am going to be a little late this week. I have had a lot to do at my day job and I also need some rest. I worked on the new page but I am out of energy. This comic has become a part time job and I have to wait till I can get my new writer up to speed. I am also getting ready to print the first T shirt and looking for some money people to help get this comic up and running. It’s all been very hard on me and I need to take an extra week in order to prepare. I hope to have the pencils ready for show within the next day so maybe that will please everyone until the next page is ready. Thanks for being cool,

Go on and write carb, it’s all cool. I wish I had some time to wrap this comic up. I would but I have so much to do at work right now. It looks like I won’t be able to leave until Sunday at midnight. I am hoping to sneak a little time in to finish the page during breaks but it looks like I am stuck here until after Sunday
