This week’s page has been a great pleasure to create. It features characters designed by some very close friends and family. Sharlise belongs to a great Producer friend of mine, David (Degs) Degnan. Wrathe and Ludo belong to my brother in law, Jason Weekley. Both are wonderfully talented character designers. I hope you all agree. These characters are important to the world of Ethereal Legacies. I finally got them guys I hope you enjoy ^^

Things are going well with the comic book. It still takes a lot of my time to finish a page but I have been getting better at the painting and effects, so this is getting a bit faster. I have a donate button on the page now. I am in need of some new software and hardware. Plus I could use something nice for all of the hard work that goes into Ethereal Legacies. If you have a dollar or two please say thanks by donating. Also Michael and I are going to do something special for all of you die hard fans. We intend to send exclusive art and updates to you if you leave us your email. Just go up to the contact tab at the top of the page and write us. Leave your email address and a small note about why you are a die hard fan. You will receive an exclusive image as a thank you ^^

I have also made a friend in the web comic community. I love their work, great writing and the art is beautiful. Why don’t you all go check out Ladystar. Its well worth it, believe me. Right now they are doing a cool Halloween game!

Thanks Everyone and feel free to comment, I love to hear from you all.

Well I’ll be the first to comment, since I was given the honor of my D&D character being brought to the wonderful universe of Ethereal Legacies (which I can say she fits better here in her new home). I have been watching Kris design and draw both for video games and for his sketchbook ever since I met him in April of 2004. All I can say is, “dude seriously does your talent know no bounds?” I thought the art you drew 3 years ago was top notch, and what you create now puts that older stuff to shame :).

Sharlise marks a benchmark for me in two ways. Firstly in 14 years of playing around in the D&D world, she is the first female character I have ever played. Secondly Sharlise is the first character of mine that I have ever let anyone draw. Every group I’ve played in has loved my characters due to the way I play them, the extensive backgrounds I create, and the stories I hand to the DM for possible side campaigns to play.

I’ve never told you this Kris, but I’ve had 2 long standing D&D group members ask to draw previous characters of mine (years ago) and I respectfully declined. I just didn’t feel that they could even remotely capture all that is my character’s personality. HAHA, I would say that this problem doesn’t exist with you and that you really nailed Sharlise’s look and personality to the T.

Thank you so much for pouring your heart and soul into something you enjoy, and for showing it to the world… not to mention honoring me by including Sharlise in your works ;). Both you and your art rock my brotha, and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. If they do it’s just because they are jealous or have a stick up their butt (hmm or both maybe ;p?).
