Sunday, December 23rd, 2007Happy Holidays and welcome back!
Michael’s out this week, he’s in sunny Florida and I bet he loves it. We on the other hand are getting more snow up here in Minnesota. I actually love snow, so it isn’t a bad deal. I have been inspired to make a few artistic changes to the character designs. After this issue is wrapped up, next week will be the last page; I look forward to sitting with Michael and re-writing my original story for issue number two. I have been posting y work on a great concept art forum and have received a lot of terrific feedback. The artists on the concept art forum have inspired me and the images will begin to be posted after the last page. Gatan’s new design alone has made this a great venture.
I wanted to do a holiday theme this week. This is my first attempt at doing a holiday image so please be nice, lol…

Ahh yes, getting out of MSP was hell (4+ inches of snow coming down on the drive to the airport, 3 flight delays meaning we got into Fort Lauderdale at 1:30 am) but the weather here is awesome - mid-70’s, breezy, we’re getting ready to head to the beach for a Christmas stroll (with stops at one of the beach-front grog shops if any are open), then it’s off to a friend’s house for shrimp bisque and crab. And then there is the liter bottle of scotch sitting in the back pantry waiting for my return this evening :p
