hey all thanks for the cool comments. My current video game is absorbing all of my time right now but I am working hard to manage both. Sorry for the wait. I only wish I could do this all of the time…
A note from the history/trivia freak writer - once again I slipped some historic background into the text, specifically the reference to the nine handmaidens of Wotan (Odin). Google it. :p
Seriously though, great strip, your art has come so far since you started it is truely impressive. Hope everything is going along alright for you, sounds like you are a busy man, and I at least, appreciate the effort you put into the comic…. not like these other pretenders
Ken C - I am sure it’s just shadow, after all having Kris do dreadlocks in gold and silver to match her head would just be a bit over the top - then again, coloring your (head) hair IS a fairly old tradition
Good point MRJ. Honestly I don’t know what I’d say or do if I dated a girl that dyed…that other area… I probably would be quite perplexed as to what was going through her mind LOL.
How about an alternative punk girl with blue hair on their head…*shakes his head* just an odd thought I tell ya.
Anyways great job on the text MRJ. It was definitely a cool comic this week and was a joy to read more about Una :). You’ve done a great job with it all!
Kris get some sleep bud. We all love ya and understand that life is hell right now :(. Your well being is what’s most important. On a side note Una has quite the Salma Hayek waist/hip and leg line. You’ve got skills in drawing the female body I tell ya, while still keeping them looking realistic. Your skill still blows my mind after all these years.

hey thanks a lot everyone. I am doing my best but I do have a lot on my plate every week. I hope everyone understands that my passion is the comic but my job is very important too. My son and daughter are the most important parts of my life, though I only get to see them once a year but he comic is a close second because I get to spill out all of my thoughts to peole that appreciate it. Thank you so much for the support ^^

Ahhh, I am much relieved as to the true color of our heroine. Now if we can just get Muad on-board with the correct palette of colors all will be well with my Helftits addiction. *cackle*
Hey Kris, as I become more and more of a complete fanboi here, do you think it would be possible to squeeze a pg-13 wallpaper “Dramatic Pose” Una somewhere as an ‘extra update’? I’d love to have a little Una on my desktop at work, but I can’t have the exposed girly parts. I’d be willing to kick a couple bucks your way if it would sway you, or maybe smuggle a bottle of REAL Scottish scotch back from Scotland next time I visit my family back home.
You are awesome Kris, and your talent humbles me. Between you, Muad and MRJ this comic is IMHO is hands down the best I have encountered on the internet.
If you want to see what a complete Nazi troll a web-comic artist/writer can turn into, check out a comic called last blood. The premise of the story he has is really cool, but he treats his readers like crap, and bans people from his forum for ridiculous things, I was banned for asking if the comic was dead after no new art, and no post from the author for 6 weeks. This guy started out being really pretty decent, if abrupt, and really became kinda full of himself. I hope you all have something real in your lives that lends you some perspective.
